The safety partner processor (1756-L7SP) in a GuardLogix system has faulted. Safety task is not executing. Safety I/O connections may be dropped.
After any GuardLogix firmware update, you MUST update both the primary and the safety partner to the same version. They must match exactly. If you update one and not the other, you get a partner fault and the safety system goes down. Always update them as a pair during the same maintenance window.
