The CR30 detected a fault on a safety output relay or semiconductor output. Output feedback check failed at startup or during operation. Safety outputs cannot be energized.
Before assuming the CR30 is bad, measure at the contactor: the normally-closed aux contact on the contactor should be CLOSED (continuity) when the contactor coil is de-energized. If it reads open, the contactor itself is welded — not the CR30.
