Fix Steps

  1. 1 Verify correct pattern recipe is selected on HMI for current product
  2. 2 Check product dimensions against recipe specification
  3. 3 Adjust infeed conveyor speed/timing to match palletizer cycle
  4. 4 Inspect row forming guides — adjust to product dimensions + 1/8" gap
  5. 5 Verify pusher/sweep arm full stroke — check pneumatic cylinders and limit switches
  6. 6 Run pattern in manual/step mode to identify where products misposition

Run ONE layer in step mode, watching each pusher and guide movement. The step where products go wrong is where you focus your adjustment.
