How do I fix fault code SAFE-RELAY-WELD?

IMMEDIATELY stop the machine — welded contacts mean the safety system CANNOT stop the machine in an emergency. Replace the safety relay immediately — do NOT attempt to repair or free welded contacts. After replacing the relay, investigate and address the root cause of the welding. If load current is close to relay rating, install an interposing contactor — relay drives the contactor coil, contactor switches the motor. Add arc suppression (RC snubber or diode) across inductive loads switched by the safety relay. Document the failure and replacement in the safety maintenance log
